๐ข DOTS Calculator
DOTS is a modern powerlifting scoring formula and the successor to Wilks. It compares totals across bodyweights and is more robust at the extremes of the weight range.
How it works
Enter sex, bodyweight and total. DOTS points = total ร coefficient (500 divided by a 4th-degree polynomial of your bodyweight). Higher points = better relative performance.
