๐ฉ Plate Calculator
The plate calculator tells you which plates to load on each side of the bar to hit a target weight. No more mental math at the platform โ especially with odd competition numbers.
Plates (IWF standard): 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 2.5, 2, 1.5, 1, 0.5 kg
How it works
Pick the bar (20 kg men, 15 kg women, 10 kg technique) and enter the target weight. We use the IWF standard plate set (25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 2.5, 2, 1.5, 1, 0.5 kg) and show whether a weight is exactly loadable.
FAQ
Why can't my exact weight be loaded?
With standard plates only certain weights in whole- or half-kilo steps are possible. The calculator shows you the leftover that cannot be loaded.
