๐ฅ Wilks Calculator
The Wilks coefficient makes powerlifting performances comparable across all bodyweights. For years it was the standard score to decide the strongest athlete pound for pound.
How it works
Enter sex, bodyweight and your total (squat + bench + deadlift). Wilks points = total ร coefficient, where the coefficient comes from a polynomial of your bodyweight. Higher points = stronger relative to bodyweight.
FAQ
Wilks or DOTS โ which is better?
DOTS is considered more modern and fairer at the extremes of the weight range. Many federations now use DOTS or IPF GL, but Wilks remains widely known and used.
