๐๏ธ RPE Calculator
RPE (rate of perceived exertion) describes how hard a set felt. This tool converts RPE and reps into a percentage of your 1RM and estimates your max from it.
RPE = rate of perceived exertion. RPE 8 โ 2 reps in reserve.
How it works
Enter weight, reps and the RPE value (6โ10). Using a common RPE table (reps in reserve) we find the percentage and compute your estimated 1RM. RPE 8 roughly means you could have done 2 more reps.
FAQ
How accurate is the RPE estimate?
RPE is subjective and gets more accurate with experience. The table values are established averages; individual variation is normal.
