๐ช One-Rep Max Calculator
The 1RM calculator estimates your one-rep max from a set of several reps โ without having to actually attempt a true max. Handy for programming and for tracking progress safely.
| Formula | 1RM (kg) |
|---|
How it works
Enter the weight lifted and the reps you completed with good form. We show the average of several established formulas (Epley, Brzycki, Lombardi, O'Conner) plus each individual value. Estimates are most accurate in the 1โ5 rep range; accuracy drops with very high rep counts.
FAQ
Does this apply to the snatch and clean & jerk?
For the Olympic lifts, multi-rep sets are technically demanding and rare, so 1RM formulas fit them less well than the squat or deadlift. For strength assistance work they are ideal.
