๐ฏ Attempt Planner
On meet day, attempt selection is everything. This planner turns your target third attempt into a sensible opener, second attempt and a matching warm-up progression.
Attempts
Warm-up
Guideline values. Opener โ 90%, 2nd โ 95% of the third. Warm-up sets ramp up to just below the opener.
How it works
Enter your target third attempt and the bar. As a rule of thumb you open around 90% and take roughly 95% of your third on the second attempt โ an opener you can hit on a bad day. The warm-up sets ramp you up to just below the opener. All values are guidelines, not rigid rules.
FAQ
Why such a conservative opener?
A missed opener piles on pressure โ three misses means a "bomb out" and no total. A safe opening lift protects your result.
